In this section we will be working with your two resentment lists. The ﬁrst thing you must do once your lists are completed is honor yourself for being willing to be honest. This is truly the beginning of any healing and recovery process and I urge you to maintain that level of commitment with yourself through the program ( and in life). I mentioned earlier than at emotional imprint is deeper than just a conscious belief, it is a an unconscious belief that strikes a deep cord within us. It is a belief that keeps a synchronous emotional current trapped on our bodies. and once distinguished, can allow for tremendous healing. You will know when you have discovered your personal emotional imprint when you start to feel emotional at the the thought of it. Understanding your imprints is vital to creating an expanded awareness of yourself so that you can start to take active responsibility for your life in each moment. Its like having a copy of your own owner’s manual, by understanding how you operate you can quickly reference this understating to give you clarity when things are diﬃcult and take control of your destiny.
