What does it mean to feel at peace? Few of us actually know what that truly feels like for more than a few seconds. Perhaps we’ve had a glimpse of it being out in nature staring out at the horizon or with our eyes closed sitting in deep meditation. We know it exists, and yet it eludes us in our daily business as we move from task to task futurizing our contentment. This is what human beings do, we spend our time planning our moments instead of being in them fully.
